Position Description
Management Research Services, Inc. is a national insurance services firm. MRS has served the health and life insurance industry for 20 years by providing a broad suite of risk-assessment services including: medical records retrieval tele-interviews and tele-underwriting services on-demand access to data-mining and workflow management technology
We are currently seeking to hire individuals to perform telephone interviews with insurance applicants, as well as individuals to assist in medical records retrieval.

Tele-Interviewer
Complete telephone interview requests timely and accurately with applicants Compile information from interviews into appropriate forms and reports for customers This is a work at home position that requires a cable modem connection. In addition, candidates must have an appropriate, quiet workspace. Necessary equipment will be provided. Both part and full-time positions will be considered

Medical Records Retrieval Specialist
Retrieval of health information from designated sources Point of contact for processing medical records requests Provide phone assistance and support to patients and customers who call to request or inquire about medical records requests These positions are full-time, on-site positions

Requirements for both positions:
Our ideal candidates will have the ability to type 40+ WPM, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone as well as excellent data entry skills. Successful individuals will work with little supervision, think outside the box and be goal oriented.

Candidates must have a High School diploma. One year of experience in a life/health insurance related field or other medical environment is preferred however candidates with strong customer service and outbound telephone experience as well as recent college graduates or those currently attending evening classes are encouraged to apply.
