Job Summary: Large service company looking to outsource, by department, administrative support functions. This position support a department of approx 6 business professionals

Job Description/Duties:
Act as administrative support for department. Daily activty includes using Microsoft products with a high degree of competency including Outlook meeting planning, appointment scheduling,Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications - Required Skills:
Typing speed, minimum 40 words per minute. Skills testing required to demonstrate Microsoft proficiency. Must have direct experience using Outlook meeting planner feature in a business/Network setting. Excellent Grammer and professional telephone and email correspondence skills.

Qualifications - Preferred Skills:
Minimum 3 yrs similar experience would demonstrate ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Full time position - hours likely 8-5 PM
Pay based on hours worked ($12 - 13.50 per hour based on experience)
Must have ability to take skills test - access computer equipment with Microsoft products
