I think your page is really great except for the font size.I would make it bigger.
Also, I would use Verdana 10 but that is just me.

I'll have to agree with Linda's review.
The worst one is the link right below your Name and Email Capture form. I'd add the link to that MP3 on my "Thank You" page, and tell them on your capture page, that they IMMEDIATELY CAN DOWNLOAD AN INFORMATIVE MP3 INTERVIEW ON BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS WITH SOCIAL NETWORKING, "AFTER" signing up. Use it to give them more incentive to sign up.
Your picture and Bio are fine on the left, the testimonials on the right are fine, but you do need to lose all the rest. (Menu at the top can stay, even though I'd be really tempted to lose it, also; only leaving a "Home" link)
The appearance of the page looks great.
