please review these 2 sites

Hi everybody
I am trying to create a one page site to collect leads for my business and I am looking specifically for an evaluation as to:
1. How does it look, color? layout etc.
2. If you were looking for a business would you complete the form on the basis of what you see?
3. Is one better than the other in your opinion.

The second one comes off a little more professional because of the coloring. The blue seems so overwhelming and amatuer. The white doesn't seem as blank because it is a common color, so the empty space is more comfortble.

Who ever did the banner has some skill, if they can do more graphics for you on those pages, you can come off with more of authoritative manner. As of now I get the vibe it is a get rich quick scheme.
