In order to really get a blog going, you have to focus more on the content and building readership than monetization. You want to network with other bloggers, make use of technorati tags, and post frequently (more than once a day is ideal).

Obviously you will want high quality inbound links as well, just as you would with any website you are promoting. This helps to generate free search engine traffic.

You do have a great start here though!

No not all 200 visitor's came from google thier are mixture with other link that i had been reported by using google analytic. the keyword phrases that they used are likely marketing.

Yes i agreed that 200 visitors isnt enough to determine a conversion rate b'coz the conversion rate are determine by using unique conversion.

It would be helpful if you had more detailed stats, but I understand that you dont with blogger. That way you could see which keyword phrases people were using to find & enter your site, and where each of your visitors was coming from (your referrers).

The one thing that I would advise is that you note the tips I shared above about getting a blog going, and just stick with it. It might take a few months to build a good readership and get your blog indexed well... but it will be worth it if you are publishing quality content on a regular basis
