Clean Desk ~ Whew I feel better!

Postby terrapin719 » Wed Jun 10, 2009 3:21 pm

I had so much crap on my desk! I took a few minutes to clean it up today and I feel a million times better now.

(if you visit the picture on flickr I made notes of what everything was http://www.flickr.com/photos/terrapin719/3614967538/ LOL)

Yay clean! and it smells good cause the cleaning/dusting stuff I used is scented with febreze lavendar vanilla 8)

now I just have to actually get some work done.

Looks GREAT Loretta!

Whenever I clean my desk, it always makes a world of difference in my productivity!!

(Wish I was *at* my messy desk today, so I'd have hope for some productivity! LOL)

I sort of miss having a BIG desk.... I had to downsize when we moved here last summer, less space, no office, but I find I keep the smaller desk CLEAN instead of just shoving things aside all the time like I did on the big desk LOL

Oh that's so true - I have a big desk (that's not really a desk) and it just gets constantly piled on!!!

Hmmm ...

A clean desk makes me nervous. I wouldn't be able to find anything! :P

I'd rather not look at my desk. That's why I'm down here in Portland at the coffee shop. haha.

Out of sight, out of mind ;)

Nah ... I can't see myself hanging out somewhere else w/notebook unless I'm travelling.

When I leave home locally, biz (notebook) doesn't go with me. Obviously, when I travel out of state, the notebook DOES travel with me. heh heh

I'm not as "wired" as all you young kids are these days! Heck, I'm still trying to figure out how to text on my cellphone.

I need to finally do what Lynn does ... Buy my own place and make sure it has a nice BIG patio/deck out back to work on. Image

I will learn to text on a cellphone if and when a full keyboard is available on the cellphone instead of the present silly situation where it takes as many as 3tries to get the right letter and if you aren't fast enough(that's just tough luck). Texting is progress, No i don't think so, more like another revenue stream for the Telco's.
