My husband and I watched the Memorial Day service on Sunday night and were very touched by the sacrifices and dedication shown by everyone involved. It reminded us again of the preciousness of life and the people that matter to us.

I couldn't bring myself to watch any of it - still too soon for me, so I wrote about it.
Yes, life is precious and can be taken away at any time. Everyone needs to remember that.
