Every now and then, when I take my daughter to school, I stop by the coffee shop on the square on the way home. I'll buy myself some danish thing for in the morning and this white chocolate raspberry scone for the afternoon.

I did just that today. I am, this minute, enjoying the scone. Mmmmm... Thought I'd share with you. LOL

This is one of those bad habits that simply must end. Simply must.

But - when I get OUT of bad-habit-mode, I'm sure I could have one way, way, way every now and then and it not be a problem.

Ooooh, it sure is good! Anyone else enjoying anything yummy this afternoon?

[Oh, and I make sure to eat it before 2:50, so there is not a mighty uproar from the troops when they get home that I went to the coffee shop without them! LOL]

Hmmm sounds interesting! I'm just glad to hear you take time out for yourself and once in a while it's fine to have a yummy like this.

Here lately I've had some really bad eating habits. Stress will do this to you! lol At least that's what I'm blaming it on! :lol:
