I once worked with a guy with a similar situation only it was somewhere in his abdominal cavity. He was in his 50's or 60's when it was found and really shook him up. Doctors were able to remove it without any problems - except the emotional ones that would come from discovering that you had unknowingly carried around your twin inside of you for your entire life!
