Last December I shared a difficult post here about how I had to make the decision of putting my 14 year old dog down because of a brain tumor. Well it's taken me four months but I'm finally ready for a new dog. Last Sunday I went to see some new puppies and a few days ago I put down the deposit. He's only three weeks so I can't bring him home until he's 10 weeks old so I have to wait a few more weeks.

I don't have a name for it yet but here are some pics...

I am very excited! One more week to go! On May 25th I get to bring him home. Here is an updated pic. He's gotten big...

I have visited him a couple times at the breeder's house but only spent about 40 mts at a time. So not much time.

Awww.... he's such a cutey!

His hair seems long and his floppy ears seem big... is that just a puppy thing? It's adorable! He's the most beautiful Rottweiler I've ever seen.

I've never owned one before. Do they have a long tail before it gets bobbed? (I've never seen one without the "nub").

Have you come up with a name for him yet?
