I am preparing for selling ebooks via credit cards. When I shopped around
for payment processors, I noticed chargeback fees can be quite high.

How many chargebacks do I need to expect?
What do you do to avoid them?

Does a chargeback fee apply, even when the problem can be solved with
the customer?
