If you realize this, the normal term with stock photos is that you can't use it for redistribution. That means that you can't create a product out of it like web templates, postcards, T-shirts, etc ...

Now, does anybody know where I can find royalty-free stock photos that allows redistribution?

Try ebay.com or other auction sites. I remember seeing hundreds of them there.
