Can someone shed me some light with regards to building a Logo according to the brand. I have several jobs at hand right now that I got from the online outsourcing site myTino but I don’t actually know what the buyer wants. One of them has to do with a logo for a honey distiller, another one for a small supermarket and the third is for a fruit company’s label. Please help!

Ouch! Not knowing what the buyer wants makes it impossible to design an effective logo. Logos and packaging are so influential in the buying process that not knowing who the target market is and the details of the product and competitive factors makes the entire process a shot in the dark.

I would suggest that you create an initial form for the buyer to fill out asking questions like:
What is the nature of your business?
Do you have a logo design type in mind? ( please describe)
What colors do you want used?
Do you want it static or to have flash effect?
etc etc etc. have the buyer fill out the form first so that you know what they expect before you even start attempting to design the logo. If you go to work on it partially blind you may work several hours and find out that what you created is not what they had in mind.
