If you have a good idea of what you want or can provide an example of something similar, RentACoder.com is hard to beat in terms of price and quality.

I've used it extensively and have never had a problem (but providing a detailed spec of what you want is critical)

Hi there,

I would suggest you visit scriptlance.com - where you can post your
project and get designers to bid. You select the one that provides
a portfolio so you know their style before choosing a designer.

It's best you always ask them to show some samples so you can
better decide. Alot of designers are not cheap but some will charge
you very little in return they get a good review for their profile.

Check it out - you will not be disappointed. I use them all the time,\.

I hope that helps.

K.I.T.T,

For less than 10 cents a header, you can have a ton of Professional Header Templates (affiliate link,) along with the Photo Shop .psd source code that you can edit yourself, created by Michael Wysmierski. You can edit most of them yourself with a free Open Source program called 'GIMP' if you don't have Photo Shop.

His membership also includes a ton of useful bonuses and tutorials. I've been a member since last October and think it is one of the best investments I ever made for getting way more than my money's worth! :D

Cheers,
Tom

Hello K.I.T.T.,

Rentacoder is a good suggestion, in that they provide ratings and sales volume of their coders, plus, the most important part is that they escrow the funds for you so your coder and you have a moderator to help settle disputes.

Be careful when using coders from ScriptLance and Elance as they do not have an escrow system to protect you, and many of their coders, while cheaper seeming, can create a headache when they go on to more profitable jobs without any penalty clause. On Rentacoder, they will have it entered into their public record.

Scriptlance does have an escrow system so I like them as well as Rentacoder. http://www.scriptlance.com/escrow.shtml
