When to use google adsense

I am not sure if I should use google adsense on my site fitnessandkids.com or not. I am worried if I do this it will take away from my sales. What is anyones thoughts on this?

You have to ask yourself: What is my main objective? If it's to make product sales, you dont want to distract your potential buyers with links to competing sites.

Adsense is usually better served on content based sites...

Hi Denise,

Just thought I'd share with you how I use Adsense to give you some ideas.
I use Adsense mainly on my article web pages. These web pages normally
have a list of tips etc. And do not have a link to my own products or
affiliate products in the main content.

I don't use Adsense on web pages that promote my own products or
web pages where I have affiliate link in the main content. I've found
this to be ideal but Christy says, testing is the best way to go about it.
