Hello,

How does one promote google adsense and google adwords with clickbank affiliate marketing does one need their own personal website
in order to do this. or does one just use some sort of google software
to do this/?. I saw something a while back about something called
dominating clickbank. Does anyone know anything about this

With Adwords, you can link directly to the merchant's Clickbank landing page. No web site required.

In order to use Adsense, you need a "home of your own," whether it be a mini-site or just a landing page. Of course, the more content you have, the better your revenue. It depends on the niche you choose, as well.
