I would (and do) promote Joel Comm's . It is very thorough and helpful and comes with some great bonuses to boot (case study report, etc).
I also really liked William Charlwoods . This was the first manual that I read, and I found it to be exceptional material.
I would be interested in hearing what others have reviewed and/or are promoting as an affiliate.
