how does google keep track of adsense publishers??

hello everyone...I am new to all this...adsense and stuff...was hoping nybody would tell me how does google keep track of its adsense customers?

Like everytime we login to our adsense accounts ....Google records our ip addresses...but what else does it record(if there is ?) and how ? And if it records only the ip address what about the ones having dynamic ip allocation??

what would happen if I access my adsense account from a different computer each and everytime probably??

You can log in to your adsense account from as many computers as you would like.

Google will record the ip address each time you log on. There is nothing really to worry about. It is just for tracking reasons. Your ip address gets logged in on most websites you go on.

I think the crucial thing is, make sure there are no clicks registered from any PC you log into your Adsense Admin panel from, otherwise it would then be fairly easy to jump to the conclusion that you clicked your own ads.

I log into my account from 2 different places - home and work. Work is a bit wierd, because I work in the UK but the parent company, and the proxy server my web traffic goes through, is in Norway, so it is a Norwegian IP address. This has been known to confuse online ordering systems, who have refused to deliver to an English address when the order appears to come from Norway!

Sometimes technology is too clever for it's own good.
