Are you allowed to call attention to the ads in Adsense?

I have a quick question -

I was just looking through the Google Adsense terms of service (TOS) and I came across this:

" Prohibited Uses. You shall not, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to: (i) directly or indirectly generate queries, Referral Events, or impressions of or clicks on any Ad, Link, Search Result, or Referral Button through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means, including but not limited to through repeated manual clicks, the use of robots or other automated query tools and/or computer generated search requests, and/or the unauthorized use of other search engine optimization services and/or software;"

Now, I totally understand that Google would want to protect its users from clicks generated "through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means."

But would it be acceptable to encourage a website visitor to click on an ad if it seems relevant to them?

When I read the TOS, it seems to just prohibit clicking for the ske of clicking, but I'm wondering if Google views this differently.

Not trying to be a evil Adsense user, just wondering if I can encourage users to support the site through exploring relevant ads ...
