How to Market a New Search Engine?

Well someone up here have put a valid question. Tell me what you have distinct other from Google and yahooso that I can use your search engine????
Thats a really big question.
Because Google has made such a terrific image in most of us that we not even think of MSN or something else ( Yahoo is still there at number 2 ) So why I should desrt Google and go for your search reults.
Al Ries have a point in this kind of David going for Goliath situation. He said, If your opponent is enormously big enough to take shit out of you, your biggest sin would be to challenge him in open field for a Battle. There is not even 1% chances that you will succed.
You should always go after on niche. The best example is Google itself. They had started with Search engine only.....and Only...nothing else. People never thought they would be survive to state this. And today they are the king of E-commerce. They have increased there offering but have mingled their expertise in search engine whether it is gmail, or google personal home page, or PPC, Adsense etc. All are innovation at its best.
Am I sound Google lover. ....Yes I am...
Because I never believe anyone other than me. I have very bad experience with Google but let me be clear here not even in single case they have broken any of intigrity.

Can you have these type of Differentiation. If yes, then sharpen your area and get it done fast as Google is after anything which can put a value into their SERPs
