Rent-A-List

Hello all,
Has anyone had any experience with a company called Rent-A-List? The are located online at http://www.rent-a-list.com/ (of course). I understand that they give incentives to people to read email, but they boast of being able to guarantee 50% views of your email message. Each reader, in order to get credit for visiting your website, MUST stay on your site for at least 30 seconds. (Statistics have shown that if you can hold visitor's attention for 5-10 seconds, they will most likely check out your product).

I would value any thoughts/first hand experience that anyone can give me before I pay out any cash to use this service.
