In a link from Terry she mentions ways to increase traffic to a web site. One was to write articles and submit the to directories. So, here are my questions:

What directories are recommended?

Can you submit the same article to more than one directory?

You can post your article anywhere it is accepted. Do fall for the duplicate content babble.

EzineArticles and GoArticles are great places to start. Eventually you may want to automatically submit your articles to hundreds of directories.

So should I do a search on article directories? Doesn't it ruin credibility for someone to see the same article over and over in different places? (sorry for the newbie questions)
