Who is doing video marketing?

So I was just reading this article where analysts who originally predicted that video marketing would be a 1.35 billion dollar industry this year, but they have revised that to 505 million for the year. It got me thinking about the folks here. Who is using video marketing? How much are you spending on you videos? From production to hosting it has to cost something, but I'm trying to figure out why the estimates were so far off. I'm guessing that the main reason is that production costs are quite a bit lower than estimated due to a bunch of DIYers.

I use video marketing and some of the very best leads I get come from my videos.
