forum posting....questions

What is the approach to forum postings, having someone else doing postings and writing for you to do these postings.

What should be asking myself and what should I be looking into before taking this on, I am limited on time so I will have to start slow and have others to post for me.

I am targeting any forums dealing with restaurant owners food and hospitality industry, so what would be idea here, I do not wish to assume anything, is the only way just answering questions, or can one ask questions to do some postings, or can one submit articles or mini article posts...........:>(
