I have some sites for submitting my URL. What are some good ones to submit to? What is the time frame between each time you submit your URL?

Actually, there are for search engines: Google, Yahoo, Live and Ask.
You don't need to submit your site to any of them. Focus on providing high quality content, content that is relevant to the search terms your potential customers use to find your services or products, and cultivate backlinks with trustworthy sites (including respected niche directories that you should submit to).
Do these things and the search engines will find you.
