I tried traffic exchange in the pass, however I never really got much targeted traffic from the traffic exchange sites. It seemed the most of the people using traffic exchange were website owners there to receive traffic and not really focused on the offers of other websites, unless the websites were centered around website promotion.
That was my experience.
