Have tried the following:

1) Niche Inspector
2) Keyword elite
3) ClickAd Equalizer
4) Keyword Analyzer
5) WordTracker Free Version

Much prefer the Free Keyword Tool From Google.

I think Tracking is a powerful keyword tool. It allows you to find
keywords keyed in by live prospets that no keyword tool can provide you.

Few in the market are
-Affiliate Radar
-Landing Page System
-Covert Conversion Pro
-Speed PPC
-Adtrackz

The keyword tools which helps depends on your needs, your budget and how good you are in SEO. If it is difficult to find good keywords in your niche using a free keyword tool, you may want to test drive a paid tool.

Nichebot is pretty cool. It is cheaper then most at $15 a month and gives you access to several of the subscription based keyword research tools.
