When looking for keywords that would be the best for ones site concept the selection process just need to go over this I feel like I am still unclear

You are looking for demand and low suppy, but what determines which may be the most profitable....

The most IMPORTANT thing is that you choose keywords for any given web page that are the MOST targeted to your content or your offer. The more general the keyword, the lower the conversion rate. You want it to be highly relevant so that you attract the ideal visitor to your page.

Market target are new yorkers looking to refinance on local area by default will get also people around the country dropping by, not quite sure yet what to do with these from around the country or how to best set up site to handle overflow from outside my local area

Thanks..guys will keep it tight as possible and work the other stuff out for visitors from out of state, with affiliate pgm for now!
