I have found what appears to be a good niche. The target keyword phrase has little competition and the number 1 site position on Google only has 454 inbound links which mostly appear from within their own site. My question is this.....When I search the same keyword phrase using quotes, there is virtually no competition according to Google Adwords search. What is the significance of this to me, if any at all?

Yep it gets a decent amount of searches. Nothing huge but enough for me.

Thanks so much for your input! I will take your advice and do some testing. Thanks to you, your forum and the other posters here, I think I'm actually starting to learn something that I can actually use!
