Hi everyone,

I don't know what to do. I use www.traxworks.net for my websites, and they have not replied to any e-mails about the status of their servers. Does anyone else use this hosting company? I have used them for almost a year, and have never had a problem with uptime, speed, and responsiveness. Any advice? I'm getting concerned!

I can't say for sure, but I'm with Rick .. they're just trying to cover
their #@#$@#.

I've NEVER heard of a backup drive and a primary drive failing at the
same time ON A SINGLE SERVER ... yes, it can happen on multiple
servers in the case of a lightning strike or something ... but on a single
machine ... not likely at all.
