Can you please point me to a good free host that will not place advert on my website? I will also prefer one that supports FrontPage.

And there are very few who will support Frontpage-made websites as well.
You can probably use free hosting to get your feet wet, but use paid hosts
for a serious undertaking.

If you use free junk, guess what you get, yep, free junk.
Like he said, if you are serious about a web site, then paying less than $50 total for a year of hosting account and a domain name is certainly worth it.

Atspace.com - I've been using this for a while.
No adverts, excellent speed, good features for basic content sites.
