Problem in opening phpbb forum

I uploaded

but im not able to open the forum the result is like http://rupees4u.com/phpBB2/install/install.php

error page

can you please help me in fixing this problem

You need to enter the requested information, then follow the instructions. phpBB can't figure out where the database is without your help.

Log into your site's control panel and look for your mySQL database. You need one set up with both a database name and a user.

If you're still having trouble, ask your host for help.

If we are usin msql do we have to write any codes or scripts , (im not a programmer ) or is it is comming as built in with phpbb.

They are asking to delete config and install folder . the Database is Msaccess and stored in install . how to forward please help .

That's a normal step in the install. You need to delete the "install" and "contrib" folders that are in the "forum" directory.

This is the message I see when I click on that link:

Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted

So I take it you are still working with PHPBB? (I was confused on that from your message above). If that is the case, you need to delete those two directories...
