Silly Question about PHPBB

I feel like I should know the answer but don't. lol

It's probably because I don't know what a fram is..

Here's my question:

Do PHPBB boards use frames?

Thanks to anybody that can answer this question for me.

You see - I want to insert a stat counter on the main page of mine and need to know if it uses frames so that I will select the right code for my overall footer where the state counter will show.

No, it doesnt use frames.

But if you put it in the "overall footer" it will go on every page - not just the main page...
