It's been awhile since I've been under the hood of phpBB; BUT, the logo is located here:

. /styles/prosilver/imageset/site_logo.gif

So you want to create your new logo, name it the same thing & upload it to the exact same location and that should overwrite the existing one and should work.

If not, let me know.

If you are still having problems (I see you are still running the default skin & header) try the PHPBB board or we had some great help at the http://startrekguide.com/community/index.php

They have some good people there that are willing to answer questions. I would first do a search & try to get the answer from a thread that is already there. I know most places get a little testy if the same question is ask several times.

If you need help send me a PM & my Brad may be able to help you. He has customized our board a few times. LOL!

Brad may also have some other boards that have better info. These are just the 2 I know of off the top of my head.
