Official support for phpbb2 is going away.
Posted: Tue Dec 16, 2008 3:41 pmHi gang. As of Jan 1, 2009 all official support for phpbb2 ( this bulletin board software right here ) will be dropped.
phpBB2 has reached it's "end of life".
I know that many of you are using phpBB2 and may not wish to switch to the new phpBB3 just yet.
So.... myself and a few others that have been supporting phpbb for many years, have put together a new phpBB2 support site.

The actual owner of the site is one of the staff members of phpbb.com
( this site is not affiliated with phpbb.com in ANY WAY. )
Many of the existing phpbb.com staff members are also members of this new phpBB2 support board.
So, if you have phpBB2 and want to keep using it, you can still get support from us.
Even if you want to install phpBB2 instead of installing phpBB3, we will be happy to help you all the way.
There will probably be new MODs written and new styles written etc.
If you have any questions, please just ask me.
