They have great articles and resource for "how and why to" do things on your forums. You can also find specific sections for many of the most popular forum software such as IPB, phpBB, vBulletin, YaBB, UseBB, SMF, and MyBB.
I've been a member there for many years and I found it very helpful when I was learning about message board management. Take a peek and let us know what you think about it.
