Help adding ads to my forum!

I just launched a forum for my site yesterday... offered a screensaver as an incentive for 5 quality posts... and it's taking off- Hurray!

Now, I want to put up ads- affiliate banners, etc...

How do I integrate the banners into my forum?

I'd like to put a banner after each post, instead of the adsense half-banner I have now... How do I do that? (Like Lynn has here with the affiliate forum banner)

And, a banner on the top, how is that done?

Are you using PHPBB for your forum?

If so, you can edit the overall_header.tpl file (in plain text or ascii) to add/edit the header of the forum pages.

For the ad space after the first post, you can get that Mod from PHPBB.com
