You might consider giving away a certain number of copies in exchange for full reviews and testimonials that you can then use in your marketing campaign and on your sites.
You may want to choose the people you would like to conduct these reviews, and approach them personally. Specifically, people who are well-known or respected in those industries. This would prove very helpful with credibility.

I agree with Lynn on this one Itay - that is some very sage and sound advice 
. I find I getter a response rate when I approach webmasters who are in the same field that I am trying to promote and ask them politely (when they have time) to review the product and possibly consider a JV/affiliate program with them.
