Another useful copywriting task for Twitter:
As long as the people following you are in your market (or a related market), you can use it to informally test the appeal of your headlines and bullets.
I've been quietly experimenting with this over the past month and it's kind of useful. I will take a headline idea or appeal, say, "I just learned how to____" and if it's hot, I'll get direct messages and emails asking, "How does that work?"
If it's not hot, I hear nothing.
Anyway, certainly not the most scientific way to test something.
But it's proven useful for me with at least one project so far...
