Copy Elements on Squeeze Pages

Hi everyone,
While we are on the topic of salesletters, how about copy on "squeeze pages". I know the text
must be compelling, a short list of benifits and a call to action, ie: e-mail and first name. I have have built one and have pushed traffic to it thru Traffic Exchanges ( 97 ) hits since yesterday, but no sign-ups.

First you want to rename the file, and update the Title tag on the page. You dont want to call it a 'squeeze page' as this may put people off. I realize it is a squeeze page about squeeze pages...

So maybe call it "squeezepagesecrets.html" instead, for example.

On this particular page, I think it would help a great deal to use the 'secrets' from the book as a visual example on your own squeeze page. An awesome squeeze page that makes people want to sign up, will serve as a great example of what they can accomplish if they download your book...

For example, one of your bullets says "Use a “graphical” optin box at the top of the page" - yet you dont use one on this page.

I would also ditch the "hot" images on top and re-work the headline.

Something along those lines. I would also make it tighter. Too much scrolling down for a squeeze page.
