Hey Mindy,
Great work. I don't know if we're suppose to say which is better or not, but I like the second one more, lol.
The one for business owners sounded really hype-ee. The second one was great, besides the arrow images not showing up in your first list. It has this character: ü
But yeah, the layout, color and design for both pages are great.

I saw both of them. Of course, I second Joe's thoughts, they both look clean. I think your conversions/optins would increase if you had pictures on the page mixed in with the text, but more so if you had audio and or video on the page.
I have seen incredible opt-in increases because of those two simple elements (audio and video).
