I have CDs and ebooks that are selling well on my web site and also teach teleseminars and inperson classes. I've been asked enough times if I have an affiliate program, so its time to start one.
My next steps would be to create pages for each product (which I don't have now - all my ebooks are on one page), have someone design some graphics for the products and work on the copy of each, too.
I'd like to know
a) What programs others are using to automate such programs. Like a shopping cart with affiliate program included.
b) Is there a company that exists now that will also take care of paying the affiliates?
c) What is a good percentage rate to pay affiliates
d) Does the cost of the item determine or effect the percentage I provide the affiliates?
