paydotcom

Postby hans » Mon Oct 30, 2006 1:55 pm

I have seriously studied clickbank and there seems to be more negative feedback about it, especially their lack of controls re: people buying a product (ebook, etc.) and immediately wanting a refund.

So, I have looked into paydotcom.com whose affiliate program has paypal as the payment instrument.

!) do any of you use paydotcom?

2) I have signed up and have found no person to contact with issues, the website seems to be offline alot, etc.

Any direction would be appreciated as to a contact person, etc.
Is this enterprise legit?

The concept seems sound, but the application is so far an enigma.

thank you
hans

Hi & Welcome :D

I moved your post to the Affiliate Program Managers category. There are quite a few threads in this category that discuss PDC that I thought you might find helpful ;)

I'm not overly impressed with PayDotCom. I've heard of some bad experiences, and the site is pretty slow and sluggish. I think Clickbank is probably your best bet - but you can also check out Commission Junction and Share A Sale. One thing I'll say about Clickbank is that even though some Clickbank products are a rip off, there are plenty of Good Clickbank products out there.

I represent a few clickbank products and the refund rate which I've encounted is acceptable. I've been guilty of it myself, having purchased a product and found it not as advertised so requested a refund.

It's one of those things you have to accept.

I'm sure there are others in the forum more familar with paydotcom than myself who will be along shortly.
