Google Adsense and Adwords Content Syndication

Google has started Content targeting seprately from search network. Now Advertiser can target a campaign seprately only on search or only on content.( I use both seprately to track.)
Advertiser can put very low amount of CPC for content ie. Adsense Network. This is great tool for advertisers but the publisher who were depending on Adsense, it is a bad news.
Now there earning per click would very low. I fear it is just useless for many. If a advertiser is really smart enough, he can pay you only 1 cent.
Now tell me how many clicks you required to buy your Pizza today.
