I would take all of your "obesity" keywords:

childhood obesity
childhood obesity prevention
obesity in childhood
obesity in children
childhood obesity
childhood obesity prevention
childhood obesity program
obesity in childhood
obesity in children

and all their variations: singular/plural, with quotes and with brackets.

Put them in one ad group.

I would make your ads a little more direct:

Title: Is your kid getting fat?

Title: Is your child healthy?

Get the ebook that will show you
how to have a healthy and fit child.

Something like that.

Try to "solve" their problem in the ad.

Their problem is a fat kid or a kid they rae worried is going to get fat.

Try those suggestions and see what happens.

Hi, Then should I take the fitness and exercise keywords and put them in another group? Should I have the price in the ad too?

Most likely yes I would move the fitness words into a group and the exercise words into another group and in your ads for those groups target people who are looking to help their kids fitness levels/interest instead of targetting parents with fat kids.

I would remove the price for now...this might be scaring people away. There are other ads for the same keywords that talk about free, some people might not even click on your ad because there is an obvious price for your book and this other site is giving away something for free.

After the ads start getting some responses, if you see that alot of them are just tire-kickers, then you ad the price back to decrease clicks but increase conversion percentage.

Another suggestion: take out the word "ebook".

If you absolutely must describe your product in the ad (not necessary - as you should be describing problems & solutions, or features & benefits)... then call it a "guide" or something similar.

It's worth a try!
