I'm not sure I understand your list.

PPC would cost more than SEO, so that wouldn't really be an advantage. if you do your SEO yourself, it's completely free, even if you hire a professional it's still likely to be less than the cost of a long term PPC campaign. The risk of PPC is definitely higher than basic SEO.

Your list of advantages lists all the things I would think are actually disadvantages compared to SEO. Maybe you could elaborate on your thoughts?

I totally agree with Loretta. That does seem like a list of advantages of SEO! I think I'm confused on what you're getting at, too.

Think about it this way, in a day or two with PPC you can tell if you have something good and worth pursuing. Where as with SEO you have to wait and put in a lot of time/work before you even know if it will work, what if it doesn't work when you finally get some real traffic? I would say SEO is cheaper but riskier(in terms of wasting time)

SEO takes a lot of time and you might only know 6 month later if your project is worth pursuing.

So, you might not have to spend any money on SEO, but you will have to spend a lot of your time and I guess time == money, so it's not really free!

What I like most about PPC is the immediate feedback you get. But again, in order to get good at this game, a huge learning curve needs to be overcome, quite a bit of time needs to be invested and you might have to accept to loose some money upfront.
