The goal, of course, is to purchase click-through's for .05 cents each and to maintain a decent CTR & Conversion Rate I like to work in that zone as much as possible. However, if it is a highly competitive market... you have to do your math (after some testing & tweaking, of course) and determine the maximum CPC that will still keep you in profit.
