Confused on google limit

If i set the cost to $10 for my ads to show on google, what does this mean, it will stop after $10 has been reached, what about if I set it for $1.00 per day will it stop after $1.00 is reached if i am buying 5cent clicks per day

If you set a daily limit, once that limit is reached, your ads will stop showing for that day.
