Is this another way to make money from Google Adwords?

I ran across this website while looking for keywords for a related but different product. The website is:

http://mesothelioma.typepad.com/

The keyword I was researching was: upper respiratory infection

This website advertises on Google Adwords under the above keyword. There are only 3 ads so they are probably bidding the minimum 5 cents.

Notice if you click the links under "Information" on the right hand side you get another set of Google Ads on the left.

This is sort of a Google Adword leverage or arbitrage: ie - they get their traffic from advertising on Google Adwords and try to make a profit from that same traffic using higher demand keyword. For example the first ad that comes up for me is "Mesothelioma Litigation" which according to Adword Analyzer has 22 campaigns. Therefore the ad being displayed is most likely bringing in more then 5 cents for the website.

This is a very interesting model that would be worth following.

Correct me if I did not understand...
AdWords adds displayed on a web site are called AdSense adds. (in case you did'nt know)
This could be a good idea to pay 0,05 Adwords and have traffic click on adsense adds but the problem is that you don't have any control on which adds are displayed with Adsense...almost! You can only filter some unwanted add but Adsense display adds according to the content of your site.
So if you pay 0,05 Adwords it's probably because te content of your site "worths" 0,05 and so AdSense clicks will not worth so much
There are a lot of threads about AdSense strategies. If you can't found some here I suggest you go to Webmasterworld forum.

Plus the income for publishers from AdSense ads isn't the same price AdWords advertisers are paying - it's an undisclosed percentage.

So even if someone could get cheap clicks through AdWords campaigns they would have to have content that Google would serve expensive AdSense ads for.

And if they cater to a niche where advertisers are willing to pay substantially more than $0.05 it must be a profitable niche.

And if it's a profitable niche, then they might as well sell profitable products or promote profitable affiliate programs related to that niche instead of relying on AdSense revenue.
