The amount of traffic from enhance is very low. And just like Kanoodle I get more traffic from general keywords than from niche phrases. It's definitely not something to spend a whole lot of time or energy on, but it does bring in some traffic. It's a good, cheap suppliment.

Though it is hard to gauge if it's "quality" traffic since I am using Enhance for a general traffic feed to a content site, and not with a goal of getting a specific sale. My newsletter subscriptions and Adsense revenue are both up since using both Kanoodle and Enhance. Though it's difficult to make a direct correlation.
